I'll make sure I get that map modded tomorrow for you kjw.
But in case anyone else was interested, here's the taiko diff I made for it.
KOTOKO - Seishun Rocket (Scarlet's Taiko)

Don't know why it's opening as an image file. Fix:
Right Click > Save Link As > select "all files" > add .osu at the end of the filename
Then just add it to the folder (should be something like 38xxx - KOTOKO - Seishun Rocket) and refresh your games list.
