                The guy lifting is kind of ridiculous (he has a youtube channel but looks like he barely lifts ffs), but yeah, too much weight on that deadlift. Not even 2 plates.

                  lol @ that gym. I got bitched at because I was "making people leave" because I was doing power squats with 7 plates at my old gym. "Sir, sir, you're scaring people." "...who? You realize that I've got the elite membership here right?" "...uh, that big woman on the treadmill..." "I dont care, see you later!" Kept on trucking.

                  DOMS is awesome, I dont care if I cant even walk, I feel like if I'm not sore as hell, then I'm not doing enough.

                      well my doctor's office called me today. appointment monday to go over MRI. but they called me. so i assume the worst.

                            Yeah, my trainer says give him about 3-4 months to get me shredded and put some more muscle on, then a good 9 months of bulking, and he'll have me on stage next year.
