Symphony of EVA huh? I only have one song by them. It was the Fly Me To The Moon piece which was really really excellent. You know, the FMTTM which ended up being almost 10 minutes long? Yeah, that one. Is there any sites where I can get the entire soundtrack of them?

Anyway, here are some of the good songs I have run across since January or so:

Roulette Roulette - Second OP to Pani Poni Dash!
YOU - OP to Shuffle!
Minimikaze - OP to Full Metal Panic: The Second Raid
Farewell Song - ED to Air
Aozora - Air insert song
Daiji Da I Ji - OP to Mahoraba

Of these, YOU is far and away one of the greatest anime songs I have ever heard. The others are good too, just not quite that amazing.

You irritates me everytime I hear it. Normally I can differentiate a good song from a bad anime and leave them apart, but the stupidity of Shuffle carries into the song and makes me hate it even more.

I'll go download Believe.

Edit - Got it. Oh. This song. It's not THAT good. Compared to Hikari E and Eternal Pose, this is crap.

I don't even know how many times I've listened to Eternal Post on my ipod now. It's not only an awesome song, but the ending video that goes with it owns as well.

Surprisingly enough, it comes from one of the genres I hate the most.

Lots more since four months ago.

Most importantly is Gravity by Maaya Sakamoto. I can't believe I walked away from Wolf's Rain without hearing this song. I guess that comes from seeing six episodes and hating a series, which leads to its deletion. Now I know why it's the top-played song by Maaya Sakamoto on Last.FM

Another awesome song is Madlax. Jamuko had told me of it before, but I didn't realize how awesome it was until I heard it a few more times. Rockin'. It's another Kajiura Yuki song like Mezame and A Song of Storm and Fire.

Continuing the Eureka seveN songs: Storywriter. I seriously hate the show now and I'll explain why in a thread I intend to make soon.

Getbackers = <3, and Ichibyou no Refrain is awesometacular.

Failed to mention Otome wa Do My Best deshou? in the Mai-Otome update from four months ago. Dream Wing sux now.

d00d, Shakugan no Shana. Totally like Hishoku no Sora, Yowake Umare Kuru Shoujo from the first half of the season and Aka no Seijaku from the second half.

'Nother awesome song from Bleach - My Pace. It's got a good feel to it, even if it is the ending theme to filler in the series.

omg hax. CCS manages to impress me again as I decided to rewatch the series. Groovy owns. Awesomely at that.

Hikaru no Go. Totally quit the show like a year ago and decided to get back into it. Watched the whole thing in under a week. Get Over rox.

Hm, Omokage by Megumi Hayashibara or Akatsuki no Kuruma by Fiction Junction YUUKA. Those were the two I got really addicted to (hehe, akatsuki for 6 hours straight). There's also Over The Sky from Last Exile which has some sort of calming effect that nothing else has on me.

And I just love SEED's OST. All of it. =3

New Awesome Stuffs from me:

Ichigo Complete - OP to Ichigo Mashimaro. Probably the best happy happy sugarfest song I have ever heard.

Classmate - ED to Ichigo Mashimaro. Nice gentle song that earns bonus points for being sung by Fumiko Orikasa.

Snow Rain - Insert song in episode 11 of Nanoha A's. Ridiculously beautiful song further bolstered by the nature of the scenes during which it played. Earns further bonus points for being sung by Kana Ueda. I wouldn't hesitate to rate this song up there with YOU.

Sentimental - OP to Midori no Hibi. CooRie's second best song, after Sonzai.

Magi Suki MAGIC - ED to Magikano. More awesome happy happy sugar stuff.

Little Primrose - OP to Kagihime. Sweet little song in an otherwise wretched series.

Hikari no Rasenritsu - ED to Rozen Maiden Traumend. Easily the best piece of music associated with the Rozen Maiden series.

Anata ga ita Hori - ED to Fate/Stay Night. I'm not a huge fan of the OP to this show, but this song is awesome. Sakura Difference, the second song on the single release of this, is even better.

As you can probably tell, I've been rather pleased with the OP/EDs this winter season. Fall season had me worried that I would never again experience an awesome OP/ED.
