Ok I'll fuckin say it.

What the actual fuck is up with the date thing at the end. I totally expected the Gamagori / Underachiever thing. HE TOOK A FUCKING STAB FOR YOU GIRL WHAT THE FUCK.

That said, I enjoyed this anime a hell of a lot more than I thought I would. Glad I didn't ditch it after episode one.

Wasn't anything special in its respective genre. Didn't set itself out enough. 6/10 final rating.

Ending was okay I guess.

Might even be a good idea since this season seems like trash

Anyways, that ending couldn't have ended any better for me. It actually went with the ending I was hoping for, now the ending I was expecting

I was expecting it to end with either Satsuki or Ryuuko dead, but I didn't want anyone to die besides Nui and Ragyou. So because of that, we get a happy end with Ryuuko finally calling Satsuki nee-san and yeah I'll admit I giggled like a dumbass when I heard that.

So yeah, 9/10 anime, only because as much as I love fast-paced anime, some parts went by a little too quickly for development in some parts that I wished happened a bit more.

I'd put it at 8/10. The first few episodes are kinda bleh to me. But it's still a great anime. I'll probably shotgun it one night to see if that helps me like it more. I tend to like anime more when I am able to just immerse in the entire thing in one night.

Comparing this to something like dragonball z, naruto, one piece or anything else Shounen is so wrong. If you really had to then it would be miles ahead of its genre.

It's about as good as those titles or worse actually. DBZ in specific. Maybe marginally better than Naruto.

It's nothing to boast about. It wasn't special. 6/10 seems appropriate to me, and that's probably giving it a little. It's just that if you compare it to other series it feels lack-lustre. The characters didn't feel unique, and the story was probably a 5 or 6 out of 10, even without the filler coming into play. I don't expect anybody to agree with me, I just felt that Trigger could have aimed way higher than they actually did.
