At first I thought a SIU tournament sounded fun, then I realized from playing this a ton of times that the interface sucks ass. The paddle shouldn't be invisible as soon as I hit something. Song selection is annoying (no hotkeys?) and is partially broken. Maybe I'll try again later but this is the highest I've gotten so far. Maybe another song would be easier, don't feel like trying them all.

Round 2 ends tonight at midnight server time! Unfortunately, there are a lot of people who haven't submitted scores yet, including: rookiejunior, Soul., Elmerz, James May, travman301, and Zephei. Everyone who does not submit a score or notify me in advance why you are not able to will be kicked from the tournament. >.< Please submit your scores in time!

People who don't submit their round scores should recieve the lowest -2000 Points.

Since those people will be kicked from the tournament and that team will have a new member, I think it would be unfair to have less points than the lowest submitted score because it'll be that much more difficult to catch up to the other teams.

So if only one person in a division submits a score, everyone gets it? That doesn't seem like it makes any sense to me. How are you going to fill in those empty slots and what happens if you can't?

@Doug31, I have about six people on the waiting list who would like to be in the tournament, but if more than six people don't submit, then maybe I'll try to recruit more people. I really hope this won't end up being the case, though. I don't think there will ever be a case where only one person submits a score for a division, but if that does happen, then everyone will unfortunately get the same score. I would like to make sure every team has an equal opportunity to be first place within their own division even if some people in teams don't submit scores.

Well, now that I think about it, that's still much better than the team tourneys I was in long ago where the winners were simply whichever team all submitted scores. Giving a team a 0 on a song is definitely too big of a penalty when there's no way anyone would get enough goods on the other songs to even give the other team a chance to come back from that.

.....wow. I thought it was Friday today, but it's only Thursday...I'm really sorry, everyone actually has another day for round 2, and round 2 ends tomorrow night at midnight. >.< Please disregard what I've said earlier, you still have today and tomorrow to submit scores.

I suggested lowest -500, either way, it doesn't seem fair to give a score equal to what someone else did for not playing.

Giving 0 points would be way too low, but sheesh have some sort of penalty.
