        Finally going to the gym tomorrow morning to do a test-run of all the lifts (mostly figuring out my ten-rep maxes for each exercise)

            Do a 1-3 rep max, rather than 10.

            Especially if you're doing deadlifts/squats. They'll gas you, especially if you're trying for some weird 10 rep max.

                I've never done a 1 RM or a 3 RM.

                I don't think I ever do less than 5 reps, actually.

                    Kai looks freaking insane, it's too bad he wont win.

                    Evan needs to work on his breathing and controlling his waist, I think that's going to cost him the 4-5th place and throw him into the back of the pack...

                        Go with one that has adjustable arms so you can do bench and stuff on it without getting squished.
