    Yeah, he's 18 and I think his physique is perfect. However, it's not natural. You'd need mild assistance (probably something similar to what I posted on the previous page) to maintain that.

    Do the benchpress + overhead press not target the triceps enough, in your opinion?
    They target primarily outer head.

    Honestly though, it's not going to matter at all because of your diet. Just concentrate on getting stronger right now, and losing weight. Overcomplicate things later when it will actually matter.

    Right now your main goal is to see that scale go down. Make that your #1 priority above all else. If you gain strength in the gym, that's a bonus. And honestly, feel free to change up your routine quite a bit in the gym so you get a feel for different exercises and learn proper form and all that stuff so that you're ready to achieve whatever you want to achieve when the weight comes off.

    But don't sweat the details right now. Weight loss above all else. Weigh once a week, dry and very hungry in the morning. Restrict calories mildly on a weekly basis until you're losing at approximately the rate you want to lose.

    So he's almost guaranteed to get 2nd in this coming Olympia even if he's ahead of Heath.

        I workout at the Plano Metroflex, but Branch comes in from time to time (because Arlington's pretty close) and they're teaming up to do this big smash where Gasp Inc (his clothing suppliers), a nutrition place, and Metroflex are all going to be under the same roof.

        He's a really cool guy, but it's absolutely staggering to actually see him because he's like 5'6, but he's so jacked that he looks even shorter.

            Steroids isn't something I think I'll be doing. It doesn't seem like something worth the effort or money. These are my reasons.

            1. They cost money.
            2. They require needle in le butt.
            3. Generally aren't good for you.
            4. When you come off, you shrink.
            5. I've been straight edge my entire life. Drugs have effected my family adversely.

            My goal is to be the best I can be naturally. I wanted to be healthier and happier with myself going into this. I don't need to be huge to be happy with myself. It's not my main focus in life anyway.

              losing weight would be so much easier if i didnt work till 11 at night like 4 days a week. and no time to eat at work so i eat when i get home.... lesigh

                      hahahaha. well there isn't much free time to even feel hungry as a server. its not till you are doing roll ups in the heat of the kitchen where ur like. shiiiit i'm starving. then at that point you might as well wait till you get home

                            Right now the plan (at least for me) is:

                            1. Wake up, weigh
                            2. Go to work
                            3. Leave work, go to gym
                            4. Come home
                            5. Eat a bunch of stuff over the next couple hours
                            6. Sleep

                              depends on my day and what works feels like giving me. because we had 3 people quit this past week. its 4 double shifts. and then i have class 8am-9pm tuesday-thursday. and i'm somehow still broke as hell. this job is the tits


                              also i'm not really working out, i'm just eating less and trying to lose weight. i have a nice build under my layer of cuddly
