Yeah, he's 18 and I think his physique is perfect. However, it's not natural. You'd need mild assistance (probably something similar to what I posted on the previous page) to maintain that.

Honestly though, it's not going to matter at all because of your diet. Just concentrate on getting stronger right now, and losing weight. Overcomplicate things later when it will actually matter.
Right now your main goal is to see that scale go down. Make that your #1 priority above all else. If you gain strength in the gym, that's a bonus. And honestly, feel free to change up your routine quite a bit in the gym so you get a feel for different exercises and learn proper form and all that stuff so that you're ready to achieve whatever you want to achieve when the weight comes off.
But don't sweat the details right now. Weight loss above all else. Weigh once a week, dry and very hungry in the morning. Restrict calories mildly on a weekly basis until you're losing at approximately the rate you want to lose.
