Divisions are shifted a bit from how they typically are in user made tourneys. When a user makes a tournament they usually don't get too many actual D1 players (players that have no AAA's or only very low ones) The official brings out a LOT of those types of players. So people you would normally see as D1 in a user tourney are D2 here. For the most part it's like people just shifted up one.
