In other news, everyone should try carry Taric at least once. It's hilarious to stun someone then kick them really really fast with your little Taric shoes.
Pros: completely unexpected, hilarious, infinite mana from your passive, infinite health as long as you are hitting something
Cons: laning phase is the worst, actually everything other than super late game is just terrible
Nashor's Tooth -> Malady -> Trinity Force -> Phantom Dancer -> Bloodthirster
Get boots whenever lane phase ends/if you need them to dodge shit (probably mobility boots for maximum trolling) then sell it for a Zephyr at the end of the game if you have that much money.
This gives you 30% CDR from items and caps you at 40% with blue buff/an elixer. You have like 2.24 attacks per second or something as well, pretty close to maxed. Not sure if the Bloodthirster is worth it or if you should finish capping attack speed. I'd have to do math on that I guess? Fuc math...
Can anyone suggest something better than this for a troll carry Taric build? As far as I can tell you need max CDR and high attack speed, like a Kayle or Teemo. CDR and max attack speed makes your heal on like a 4 second cooldown as long as you are hitting things. If there's something you can think of that would make the laning phase not awful (maybe gp10 items?) let me know :P
