people also don't realize that morg's shield only blocks magic damage

so having her bottom lane is pointless, cause A) her ult range (which got nerfed) sucks, B) her snare is so predictable that literally ANY ad carry can see you and dodge it without ease and C) her black piss really does nothing for the lane

She's bad but not that bad, and her shield doesn't only block magic damage, it also blocks any disables. Meaning slows, snares, stuns, etc.
Having this in bot lane would screw any normal pick (Taric, Leona, Soraka, etc) support in a second, not to mention having a good ult to set up for your ADC, and a snare for poke if you have a Ezreal, Varus, Cait or anyone with range.
BUT the sad thing is people don't use her like that... Which gives her a bad rep and makes her a bad support.

I just had a Lulu mid on my team go 12/1/16

Just because a champ is usually "support" at high ELO doesn't mean you're forbidden to build them for damage and wreck face. People seem to forget that lol

Cool S3 changes.

Interested to see from a game design perspective how the new leagues system works over ELO.

It's funny, I didn't find a single change I really disagreed with.
I will miss being super strong building Warmogs after boots and haunting guise on Katarina and being unkillable while still having great damage, but I agree it was kind of stupid. Can probably still do it but less damage and it will take longer to get the mogs built.

Although some champs excel at specific rolls, all champs can be played in multiple roles and every lane.
