Yeah, Dark Falz Elder. Its base t-atk is as strong as a garland +10 with Tech III + Ragne Soul.
On the down side, it takes like 30k and 5 grinders to grind once.
And also it's a rod even though it's called a psycho 'wand' lol

I can't even tell if it exists at this point unless I see it on the item records.

Nothin since pax, and being part of the hacker community I can say first month of NA is gonna be an explosive shitstain. Not from our community, but from the hidden ones.

Just play JP because like PSU, the US version is going to be 1 and a half years behind in content.

Pretty much this, once you get used to things it's not that hard at all to navigate Japanese menus. Especially since you can ignore that and get the English patch if you really need to.

I played on the JP server for a few months after it was released and even before the english patch the menu's were navigatable. That isn't really the problem.

I really don't mind the content starting over from how it was released on day 1 in Japan. In fact I'd much prefer staggered content in the same way it happened before.

There is nothing competitive about the game and there is nothing difficult about the game. So seeing as how the entire game is basically a fancy chat room where you have fun with friends, I'd prefer it that the entire population can speak english.
