When I judge files, if I see fast speed jacks and/or minijacks like that, I will mention them

That's most likely from an oversensitive keyboard. Eze told me about his keyboard doing double taps (to the point where his replays had zero frame hits)

It happened to me in my 8-0-0-1 run on Death Piano too. I had no control over it and it pisses me off it had to happen on that run.

by "jacks like that" are you referring to jacks at 225bpm+ or any jacks as An Forbidden Pattern

Anything above 225 BPM 16ths, definitely. If it's below that speed, it depends how the minijacks are used.
