Fair enough, but at first it made me go...wat.

but wait i'm only 15 so obviously i didn't try hard enough.

Although, i'm fairly interested in giving it another go. My only other gripe is that on my netbook I can't reach the bottom of the main interface screen [namely, buddy list and friends chat], but i'm grateful that I can even play without plugging in my old external monitor.

hmm, windowed mode lags like hell [fullscreen I cap at 18fps if i'm lucky, anywhere from 8~18], but worth a try, thanks.

i was talking about having the client windowed so you could actually see the friend list/chat/request and whatever else is on the bottom of the screen, not in game

Used to see that pretty often until they took off clone item procs so it's not as useful.

Alpha Strike and Meditation both scale with AP. AP damages towers. Highlander gives AS.

What exactly is unorthodox here?

When you log into the game at first, you get a window where all of the interface stuff is. This is the client.

After you finish selecting champions, the client places itself into the background of your computer and opens up the actual game, which can be fullscreen or windowed, depending on your settings.

You said you couldn't see your buddy list because the window was too big. The buddy list is accessed from the client, not the game. Resize the client, not the game.
