Crying and laughter commences.
Really cool to see this game from your point of view though, regardless of the outcome we should "scrim" against each other more often. Good practice and mad fun!
the site to ESTIMATE what your ranked elo SHOULD be by your normals win/loss can be calculated here.
This is a ROUGH estimate btw, this takes and subtracts from the first wins in ranked too for those who always seem to bring that up.
I've won 616, and lost 514 so my elo WOULD be 1854 in ranked. Which actually sounds decently accurate. If not, my elo would actually be higher since I won my first 6 ranked games in a row.
Normal 1859, damn WTFBrandon, get on my level.
Too bad normals are much easier (better teammates) than ranked, from my experience. Don't even bother pointing out that someone does something wrong in ranked because they will throw a fit, team morale goes out the window, and you can say goodbye to your win even if you are x amount of kills and objectives (more important) ahead.

Well you're in the same position as me, which just goes to show that we should be aroudn that Elo. since we are getting matched against more people in normals who know what they are doing, vs ranked which is kind of a gamble until you hit 1700+
I pretty much won most of the first ranked games that mattered and had a ranking of 1377 with only a dozen or so games played.
Then I had a stream of bad duo partners, afkers, trolls and rarely, but it did happen, I got outplayed in lane. (maybe 5% to 10% of the games)
Now I'm sitting at 1100 ELO, crying. (was down to 980) People are so bad at this ELO, refuse to buy wards (I have to pretty much buy wherever I want coverage as ADC because support refuses), and don't know how to make simple plays. See: Pushing lanes after winning a fight, securing dragon, securing baron etc... or even trading / poking at bot :/
Pretty much the only thing to do is play Darius top, keep my mouth shut, and win lane and team fights. Had a 7-win spree with him not too long ago.
[Tops at this ELO a) do not ward, b) try to counter-pick and still lose... I dominated a Kayle / Teemo c) refuse to CS]
I'll get out of this shithole sooner than later... it's just a lot of effort on my part, playing with a bunch of dudes who just don't care about the game or winning.
