I've not done it myself, but comments in that thread from people who have done it suggest that it doesn't really do much. Maybe give it a short trial run?
I'm with Halogen here, 230 is certainly footspeed area. I'd say once you reach the 220+ area you're in the right zone. Even though you can have long stamina charts at that speed for crazy people, it's the 200-215 area where it really starts to get tougher to improve compared to before. And at ~15nps+, that's certainly some speedy feet!
