LOL less than 1250 is silver, what a joke. man the whole solo que rating system is so bad right now, they'll have to fix that for season 3 if i'm gonna get back into playing this game again.

I just started playing this game recently (currently level 6 account name User15937.) Any tips you guys can give a newbie? I've tried using the champion Riven and I either pwned everyone or got pwned myself, usually the latter. Are there good newb-friendly champions?

Top would be Garen or Darius, mid maybe something real straight forward like Annie, Jungle probably Udyr, support Soraka or Taric. I don't really play much adc but Ashe seems to be the most noob friendly.

i just always used ranked to learn. i like playing against better competition.

Everytime I play a ranked I have 1 extremely bad person playing on MY team and I have to hyper carry.

Agreed. Ranked is full of insta-lock shitheads and leavers for me wheras 5v5 normals are co-ordinated premades who constantly ward, know how to CS and roam when the opportunity arises, and they know how to teamfight.

nah i spent like a month at 1400-1500 and everyone there is really tryhard. anything like sub 1300 is basically normals though yeah. xD
