For me it helps to emphasize the gaps. From your replay it looks like you aren't hitting it as wrong rhythms.

I had to deliberately tap harder there so I didn't fall behind/do more than a 3 note jack. Of course, the 8ths right after these 3 note 16th minijacks basically form a 4 note jack but emphasizing helps you stay on track with the gaps.
