For anyone having trouble with this challenge, I found that halving your speed mod helps quite a bit. You can see the difference between my first four replays and the last one.

Also just mentioning, I'm working on some slight changes to the re-rolling mechanics of fundy packs 2 and 3. It will not only make the process a bit quicker for me, but it will allow for you all to have a slightly better chance at getting rarer cards provided you get a dup. More on that later though.
