I'm not sure, according to the articles she was wearing her seatbelt, but in the video it appears that she is in fact not wearing her seat belt, or at least is definitely not wearing the upper part that goes over your shoulder.

Reading this thread again made me remember that I didn't really listen to much music during the 90s since I wasn't very interested (and was born in 1990 anyway).
I really like the song Give it Away by the Red Hot Chili Peppers though, came out in 1990!
Björk's It's Oh So Quiet was a song I loved in the 90s as it was so whimsical and charming - the music and the video just won me over. I loved Blur in the 90s too - at that time, it was mainly Park Life though - and I think, without those two, I probably wouldn't listen to the sort of music I listen to now. I still love Blur and Björk.
