If you're properly farmed up as veigar you can drop their AP carry in one hit with your ult. Or if you want to be safe you can just use DFG and ult for a 2-hit kill on pretty much any AP champ.

I built DFG right away lol, I had 240 last hits (and around maybe 150? of them were from the Q)

soraka support ap carry aura tank today... I have created something frightening:

- shurelya's
- frozen heart
- ionian
- abyssal scepter
- rabadons
- heart of gold > sell > void staff (didnt complete)

7/10/32 First game. Ask the crew about it. Heals are mega-powerful. (due to ~400 AP) You hit like a truck. (also thanks to AP).
And you can take quite a bit of abuse. (both MR /Armor were around ~140-170) + CDR from Items = Starcall spam. This build will see some more lovin' soon~

Void staff would actually suffer from the shred on your q, especially stacked with abyssal. Replace it with a Rylai's for the slow, win the day.
