sorry, all of these files i made specifically for stepmania (with mine/holds/xmod), so playing them with no mines, no holds, and constant bpm kinda defeats the whole purpose

Im no entertainment lawyer, but are any of these "simfiles" copyrighted (not Creative Commons)?

i doubt they asked the simfile artists before putting the songs up on the engine

There was more intense anger in his text tho. more !!!'s next time. I would wait for a subpoena (sarcasm) I think the short time period isn't fair even though it can all be taken down in that amount of time. I just wish it wasn't so... you know. Trying to be so threat-worthy, when it isn't

There are 3 steps for file removal.

1. You need to send an email to: Shikixo@gmail.com Requesting formal file takedown.
2. The email must contain a full list of files.
3. Your files will be removed within 72 hours.

I appreciate your willingness to abide by these rules. The team is always busy; however we will take your files once all steps have been taken. and we have a member available to do so~

Well, we can get into this any way you like. But unless you own the music licenses for those songs. There is very little you can do.

Us removing your files comes down to our engines code of ethics.

We have 72 hours, if you feel you need to act against us in anyway after 24 hours. That is completely up to you. However how things work for the engine shall not change.

Until a team vote is called, which takes a minimum of 72 hours regardless.
