i know that he have a life, but if i were hosting a tourney , i would try to update it as soon as i can , anyway its okay ^^ its not a big deal

I highly doubt you would keep up with a tournament like this. Throughout the entire tournament, he has been on time and has kept up with updates. Something unexpected comes up one time, and you cannot give him a break. You should try to run a tournament, even a small one.
