That's because something like what happened in the HORSE tourney happened, where people gave up on the req, not to come back, so unless you PMed them, I doubt many people that had given up on it would notice.

Edit: Nevermind. The 1/40 times I can get that high of a score on OMW, I screw up horribly on OMB.
