I was really considering going, I have the funds for it and it sounds amazingly fun and there are people going I'd looooove to meet.

I've just never traveled so far, much less on my own. :'( And I barely got back into the FFR community a couple of months ago so I think I should probably wait it out until a future time.

Hey, there's gotta be a first for everything!

If you're interested, try reaching out to a few people on Skype who have mentioned in this thread that they'll be attending. I was really only familiar with a small handful of our attendees when I first went in 2013, and that was easily enough for me to feel included. Not to mention, it's just a friendly bunch. If you feel like you have a reason you want to be there, then go for it! No time like the present, right?

found out my co-op for winter/spring terms is in Guelph so i'll make sure to be partying in Toronto that weekend, maybe even sneak into the rhythm game room

I'd rather eat an A&W hamburger than Smoke's poutine, so fine with me.

ps if you guys come to Quebec one day, have some poutine from "Frites Alors", you'll then understand this statement. Smoke's is fine, but not supreme by any means. I still love you.

I have a weird curiosity making me want to try McDonald's poutine.
