In that regard, I think RB -> Boomer + attempt to find Blocker (still Boomer if that fails) is ideal.

Feels like my attention was splitting into being negative about how both Chief and Molly looked town in EoD with nothing interesting to vote.
I got on the Chrissy wagon because of it, but I wasn't confident in any sort of traction so, I moved back to Chief hoping I was wrong.

You ever expend a ton of effort on reading three people, only to have two of them flip town and the third one to be replaced? It hurts, mrmpht. It hurts a ton. I still defend my Chief vote. It's one of those "better that this slot is gone and I can focus on other things in the game" kind of votes.

this game is super, super awkward if there's not at least one wolf between julian/rolf

would mean that the zucker wagon was very likely to have been entirely pure, which I think is super, super unlikely (and yes, I am counting the acq as "pure")

I guess that would make Punchy look a little bit worse for his swap onto Chief

No, I'm with you. I'll have to reread the pacing, but if Maple expected someone to pick that up in such a heated moment of pressure, I think they're thinking too big-brained about it.

Do you think this would be enough to pull the trigger on molly? It's easier to say yes when you know Molly is the blocker but would this have been enough before the flip?

Yeah, looking back, Maple only gave Julian 15 minutes to parse that string of their intention to fake claim.
This can be done either alignment, but I think Maple got that "BIG PLAY" on the mind and blew her salvo quickly. If I had to choose, that's a more towny-flavoured play. Was it good? I think we could have got more out of Julian being pressured and then him claiming (or even not, who knows how day would have gone), so I don't think it was very good at all.

Flurry, you mentioned that thing about poorly mechanical plays, do you think Maple fits this now, mrmpht?

Eugene if it was between Julian and Eugene that Molly had to chose from and with Julian flipping town I think this is the way to go. Unless the nk was stacked with boomers shot but I really don't think that's what happened last night

Has anyone considered the wolves might have had a kill assigned on Mathilda? I'm pretty sure everyone in this thread caught that soft. Would it be a soft at that point if everyone noticed it, or would it become non-Newtonian?
