i feel like building AP items instead of AD items cuts back on the procs avail. from AD items

ap item procs: trin force (30ap), sheen (oom stuff)
ad item procs: slow (fz mallet, phage), trin force, sheen, wits end, bloodrazor, lifesteal (bt)

i feel like ad procs are better for sion, thats just my opinion tho

I see what you mean, but I would never get a Trin Force on AP Sion
AP Sion builds I've seen are
Rylai's Sorc Boots Deathcap Void Staff Archangels (If ever caught in the teamfights) and a Zhonra's
Defense Health Slow and a Bubble that does like 900 damage :P

i just never liked ap on sion because it doesn't help much with sustainability (his E does use HP, and he is a melee char) if you get the full build ap sion def. playable

Yeah, I've seen most Sion's play AD, and I mostly play an AD Sion, but After vs'ing AP Sions lately, It looks like he had a hidden "buff". Also I've seen people use Boots of Mobil for the bubble.
When I play on my Windows, we should play sometime.
Some Insight on the new champ: I was playing Udyr Jungle v Fiora Jungle, which was okay I guess, her AD Scale is unthinkable. She had like 244 AD with just a BF Sword at level 14 or something like that, She had Lantern, BF Sword, Berserk Greaves, and Vamp Scepter. But her Move Speed and AS is what intrigues me. I saw her get up to 550 without White Buff in 3s and she had 1.8+ AS with all that damage, Very broken, but I see a nerf where those numbers are halved, with 1.5 AS With no Additional AS besides Boots, and Move speed instead of a normal of 450 to 400 without fast boots.

Actually I'm pretty sure AP Sion was just nerfed that one time a few months ago (ratios went to .9 or something) and then left alone.

ap and ad sion are two different characters with two different roles and should be compared to their ap and ad counterparts rather than with eachother

i almost tried playing LoL today, then i read some of this thread and it seems like it'd be a massive time/thought investment to even understand what you people are talking about haha. given my secret very intensely competitive nature i could never play this casually and it would probably consume my life .___.

probably the best decision

it took me 2 or 3 months to learn the game and then another 2 or 3 months to realize that i was actually just terrible and had only a passing familiarity with some of the many facets of the game

ofc it helps to have people who know what they're doing to play with and if you learn super fast it might not be bad

who knows you may even be reunited with chauster!!!

It took me a couple weeks to learn how to play. Lulz harsh environments ftw. Took me another month to figure out the role that I play. And maybe another month to figure out how bad people are/how bad I am.

He did get nerfed on his AP Scale but he is still a nasty laner when it comes to AP.
AD Is nice because he can escape easily and survive with his R if you have a support.
I want to try that, AD Sion + Support Raka or Taric or someone else.

Played with an AD Sona, she went 17-1. GG.

my winrate with AP GP in normals is 100% (3 games)

this is obviously because if u build a lichbane all ur skills scale off ur AP and if u build AD then only 1 of ur skills is affecgted!!!!!

therefore AP GP > AD 100% and ne1 who says anything else is a **** moron

AP tristana is most OP lane hero in existence she does most bursts damage when level 6 and if u build her AD she do no dmg!!!!!!! and sdhe can stop hdeal;!!!!! U make her SOLO top anti SUSTAIN AP CARRY auto win GAME. AP TRIST 4 EVA.

also u r ****ing IDIOT if u build singe ANY other way than PURE ARCHANGEL STAFF. this built does MOST dmg and his fling is really powerful !!!!! ( u must make sure to put in all cdr rune for this build to work so u can MANY fling!!!!!)
