    the probability of matching against a team like that if nobody on your team is in the top end elo bracket is very low

    ie. it will never if you group with a bunch of friends who are fresh 30s (unless for w.e reason one of them decides to 4q with a bunch of also fresh 30s who are smurfs then ur fucced)

    most likely you'll get a 4q and a soloer or a 3q and a duo or just a 5q of loosely organized morons

    e: just for clarification i mean normal elo (presuming that riot hasnt changed the system since i left)

            i'm working in africa

            i can play with 500 ping just fine but shelling out 20 bucks every 2 weeks for enough bandwidth to download a patch just isn't my idea of productive spending

            no worries thou only a few more weeks until im back stateside and fist stomping people
