Other than playing tons of shit on j7, is there any good way for me to catch up to my old skill level? I feel like I'm only 2 months away from where I was back in '09

i tend to think of recovering to former glory as a really long warmup or something. you know you were _______ good at stepmania so any scores you get below that level are disappoint.
i played lots of 1.2x and general speed shit before attempting to work on MA again. really just pushing your stamina/finger speed is the only way to get the base for makin a full recovery
