I just didn't like the events spiraling out of control I wasn't going to have any part in it.
If I was getting lynched I was going down with some sort of guaranteed town tell - my lack of self-preservation in this case.

p.s. it doesn't even matter if your "lack of self-preservation" is a town-tic or not, the fact that you admit you were cognizant of it at the time removes any inherent towniness of it

I do, and it's a good argument I think. However, you did the same thing not too long ago with someone. It was the game that V wanted to lynch someone due to his gut, but you had a pretty good hold on storn who just kind of took it.

And then I think the vigi killed you and revealed you were a wolf.
