In ranked when someone picks someone during a free week they've never played

ONLY IN 900 ELO

lots of people learn champs in ranked because they need legitimate setups in their games to gauge the strength of the champ

that's what most pro players do anyways. they get a feel for a new champion in solo ranked

That Ziggs was the most useless person on our team

I don't think he knew Shureyla's even had an active since I didn't see him hit it once. But stargroup, I think a limit comes when you're playing Gangplank and building phantom dancers and a manamune when you're 1/5 almost the entire game
