shadowgod already has to many files..if the pack is trying to give other artist a chance to show there work..it isnt smart to have so many files by one guy

If kommisar has to cut off submissions because the pack is full but there are still good submissions left out, then yeah that would kinda suck.

But since that doesn't appear to happening it's cool.

i set the limit to 5 files per user. maybe more if files are needed to fill up the pack
