Well, there's no such thing as an Elo bracket you can't get out of.
Definitely comes a point though when your Elo falls low enough that the people you play with are hilariously bad.
There are definitely games that can't be won because of team mates. With that said, if you're good enough, your Elo will rise over time.
I've played on some of my friends accounts that are pretty bad at this game, and the caliber of player you get matched with is downright hilarious. There's very little meta game and anything can happen.
With that said, it's pretty easy to carry games. 8)
Except this one time we had a jungle lee that didn't gank once. I asked him for a gank top because I was getting pushed to tower and the guy was over extending, and he responded with 'Can't, jungling'
He was serious.

I wish. Low elo + jungler = lose (unless you're the jungler)
They sit in the jungle, never gank, and then your 1v2 lane gets gimped every time.
It's like a little rpg built inside the game itself. Everything else is irrelevant to the low Elo jungler. Team fight? Whatever, I'm lee sin, gotta get blue from golems. Gank top? Naw, wolves respawned.Last edited by Reach; 02-15-2012, 03:49 PM.Comment

^ actually this is exactly what i meant
in low elo, somehow some dude on your team wants to jungle
while on the other team, they dont know what jungling is (so you see 2 top 2 bottom)
and then the solo top on your team (if it's not you) end up feeding the 2 top really hard because your "jungler" doesn't gank

i've been playing bot games once a day for 150 ip
once i hit 30 i'm planning on duo/tri queue ranked only with my buds
