I don't even use filters in some of my pictures. The earlier ones were riddled with them. I haven't made anything in a while but I did do this last night:

You know, just because you can make something, it doesn't necessarily mean what you make will look good.

photomanips are fine, just stop posting your simfile backgrounds as your art, its annoying, actually try and manipulate a photo, and make something that everyone can enjoy/relate to, not just SM players, and if you cant do that then please delete photoshop from your computer right now

I can't draw for **** in real life anyways. I don't really think I'll be able to use this ****ty mouse to do it either. I like my abstract brushings.

But see, the bad thing was darkshark, is that you didn't show yourself. =D Back to topic...My friend mad me a sig using photoshop so I can't take the credit. I'll post his work though. He said he's a noob so...Yea.

Please take an english class, and i highly doubt you can make anything better in 3 minutes, even though it is complete crap, the sad thing is, is that it fits in perfectly with every other stepfile background ever made.

And who gives you the right to decide this? It seems to me (by your comments) that you might not/don't play Stepmania. Each person can express themselves as they wish, there is no one who can say otherwise.
Especially people like you who don't know how to give a decent comment, even if it may not be the best graphic or picture.
