Which game was that? Can I get a link? And I don't think you can build an IE on GP without him lacking something else (survivability, absorbing huge damage)

edit: How did this build look for Lee Sin? The game was sadly a defeat because it was a 4v5 and we couldn't outlast split pushing from the other team

The stats I had late-game (all general guesses) was 215~230 armor, 200 magic resist, and around 247 AD. I had flat yellow Armor runes, flat blue MR, movement speed quints, and armor pen reds. Reason for the FoN was because their Annie/Cass was fed and I needed some kind of way to take them out quickly (additional slow from Frozen Mallet w/ Tempest)

Frozen Mallet, flat health but still a 700+ boost, it is still viable without Warmogs, even though Warmogs is nice, if you aren't going super survivability, I'd go with his build.

the only reason people build atmas is because you can build multiple stats for the price of one

kind of like why supports build aegis from time to time

if you're gonna get atmas (45 armor 18% crit) and you get frozen mallet over warmogs (700 hp vs 900+350) you're missing out on 550 hp. not to mention you're missing out on 40hp regen/5. 550 hp converts into 5.5x2 = 11 damage when warmogs is full.

i like your idea of fz mallet but i dont think it's too easy since you already have a slowing skill, and unless you're super fed i think survivability as warmogs is really nice.

i see that you have a bloodthirster but you're just gonna get kited all day.
atmogs is better than fz mallet in your case

edit: warmogs also synergizes well with FoN since FoN gives 0.35% max HP/sec and it works REALLY nicely with warmogs


edit2: also i see that you have bloodthirster but if you're a jungling lee sin you should build towards a WRIGGLES with your madred's instead of a bloodthirster. some people say wriggles is trash but in mid-midhigh elo wriggles' wards can really change games. also it gives nice dmg+armor+lifesteal. AND it gives you a free ward every 3 minutes.

wriggles->merc->warmogs->atmas->situational items (ie: damage items, FoN, bv, sash, etc)

Nah I had a Wriggle's but I sold it late game for a Bloodthirster for more damage and survivability. I figured the ward wasn't worth it since I needed more damage to take out the AP carrys faster (in that situation of the game)

Meh, destroying noobs is really easy if you run like, sheen -> infinity edge. It snowballs like, Tryndamere-hard. I do it all the time if I realize the person I'm laning against is an idiot.

Warmogs is too good on him to pass up though against better players, or late game even if I'm running a stomp build like the above one. Though if you end up like 8-0 on GP midgame and fed as **** item wise, if you rushed IE and have a stacked BT and a maxed W you can't be killed in fights anyway. Just Q for an insta gib on their carry and kill everyone, eat an orange if your health is getting low and it'll be k.

Atmas + 4 mogs and boots, best build all champs all roles

I feel like Warmog's is more situational than anything else, unless you're like Gangplank and you generally don't build a lot of base HP
