Could you possibly put the due date in the first post? It would be much easier, Reach :O I have a feeling in my gut it's due tomorrow and I still have yet to work on #2 and the bonus out of procrastination. Isn't it due on Wednesday, though?

I've let it go because 1. I have some brain teasers ready but want to check on things and see if I need to change anything, and

2. a lot of people have not submitted answers!

So please, SUBMIT ANSWERS BY TOMORROW!!! I will likely post the answers to this weeks problems and the new questions of the week tomorrow.

Wish I would've found this topic earlier...

Regardless, I believe I got the answer to #1, but it all depends on how technical Reach wants to be I suppose.

As for #2 patterns are easy as long as you don't start thinking in a box.

#3... after reading the topic, I see it's not just me that's confused by the wording. Depending on how I interpret it, I can get a few different answers.

#4... simple if you think about it for five minutes.

Awesome topic Reach, and I'm curious to see what other puzzles you come up with... I couldn't care less about the competition, but I love seeing the puzzles.

Question about question 3... if you say something like "Both Reach and Tass are taking biology," does that exclude Benny from taking Biology if the statement is true?

Why would it? Logic only dictates exclusions when words such as "only" are used.

#1 is my favorite kind of problem but it's annoying. Working on it.

#2 is going to take some time because I hate numbers.

#3 is almost done. I just hope there is only one correct solution.

To clarify on #3 so nobody else wastes time like I did, it's not that one of the three people are lying entirely. Just that 2/4 statements are true and 2/4 statements are false by each person.
