everytime i see a graves bot i laugh and go down with caitlyn
everytime he comes in to last hit i just walk into range and poke him

A good graves will respond to caitlyn poke with a good WEQ combo, doing far more damage than your AA's.

I love laning against Cait with my Sivir. Spell Shield eats traps .

Graves is fun too. He always dashes in for the Q. So when he dashes, I know to put up the shield and absorb it.

but seriously cait is so good, because you have to make graves'/other ad carry's support do that much more work because graves can't afford to dash in / q every single time you AA him from superior range (650>525). that is a BIG range difference

and if you play cait+soraka you'll notice the difference lol :3

Oh I don't hate cait. She's great at harass. She's just easily countered by a Sivir who knows what she's doing. Don't let her kite you. Dodge the AAs. Eat the traps with Spell Shield. Let her overextend and gank her ass.

I hate cait not because she's a bad champion. I hate her because she's annoying and impossible to reach in a teamfight

Uh yeah it was only a few months ago Ashe was considered #1 in the game, no?

And IIRC she wasn't even nerfed from that point. If she was it was the timer on her ult or something.

So uh yeah, Ashe is still good. Not mid, but certainly bottom. Her ultimate is crazy strong.

I have a feeling that most of the people that are saying she's bad are...well, bad with her, and like bandwagons. Champions don't magically get worse without nerfs. They become less trendy. That doesn't make them bad.

I crush people with Ashe all the time. Maybe Graves/Kog/Trist are stronger, but honestly it depends on the lane more than anything. Her ultimate can still win team fights.

here's the thing

ashe is good, but most people say she's bad because.. her ulti takes a considerable amount of SKILL and luck as well.

take for example cait's ult, graves' ult, corki's ult, kog's ult, sivir's ult..

cait's is autolock, can't flash out of it, gg
graves' does collateral damage (teamfight woot)
kog's ult is low cd and can be spammed, crazy range, also grants vision
sivir's ult is just lol steroids

ashe's ult is a 1 time, hard CC (+soft CC for those near her) but you gotta LAND it.
and usually you gotta land it from FAR away or VERY close.

people miss ashe's ult many many times (i'd say like a 70% success rate, depends on how good you are) but that missed ult could make a huge difference

granted, if you initiate with ashe's arrow you can turn the tides in the blink of an eye...

i still like cait because her range is so ridiculous, not to mention her 90 caliber net makes for a great escape tool / juke mechanic.

graves is okay too, i just hate that his Q and range got nerfed a bit.

fed vayne is probably the most ridiculous, tris is really good too


ps)there is no single strongest AD carry but the ones listed above are probably some of the best, and there are hard counters to specific champs, like sivir's spellshield against cait, etc.

pss) us ad carries love alistar, blitzcrank, sona, and soraka. we luv u.

Why are people saying Ashe is bad

She can gank without being in a lane. I'm sorry but that's nearly as good or as good as a GP ult. Considering that the stun can be around 2 to 3 seconds. A Q that slows on auto attacks. And her E can see down her lane in a case of an upcoming gank or even just to help out a friendly jungler

edit: Like someone already said, she hasn't gotten worse... They haven't nerfed her in any way. However, Cait can farm way more efficiently (same with Kog) as AD Carrys. It's not that she's bad; it's more that she can be quickly overshadowed by another AD carry with the proper support.

that's what metagame is dude

champ #1 is worse than champ #2 at a designated role (tank, support, carry, bruiser) and thus most people end up using champ #1 instead of #2

then most people just call champ #1 bad because #2 is a more viable pick

example) lee sin jungle > most other junglers, and thus people see more successful ganks with lee sin, resulting in a "bad" image for other junglers (warwick is a good example - overshadowed by so many other junglers, even with his great ult cc)

example2) rammus tank > many other tanks, because of great kit (why do you rarely see moekai and galio in ranked?)


but yeah ashe isn't BAD.. she's just hard to be GOOD with

Ashe is a retardedly strong hypercarry when played properly >.>
Problem is they made a bunch of new champs with gap close abilities which = gg against a kiting carry.
