To create a thread, you need at least one post under your belt. Seeing that you have moar than that, you can create one now. If you still can't, delete your cache and try again.

I am brand new to the game, I want to know how the game room and challenge system works. I'm playing with my roommate and we can't figure it out. I got to the multiiplayer room and made my own room which he was able to join but when inviting a challenge all hope is lost in us finding out what to do. Can anyon post or refer me to a detailed guide?

If you're asking about how multiplayer works, there is a (ex-)sticky located here that explains all of the workings of multiplayer.

Also, single player challenges and multiplayer are two different things. Challenges allow you to send single song wagers based on whoever can do the best, whereas multiplayer allows you to play someone in real-time.

Hmm... That thread with the multiplayer guide was unstickied by an admin back in early November but I'm not sure why. Maybe it had something to do with MP not working during that time. I'll ask about it.

Edit: Alright, it's a sticky again.

Probably because in November all the un-needed stickies at that time were removed, Hammy.

That's just it, though. That's far from an unneeded sticky; multiplayer mode is an extension from FFR's engine and without that thread, there's no clear explanation on MP's workings.

Sure, it might be out of date, but there's not much in MP that has changed. I can see things that need to be updated, but in no way is it obsolete.

I have two accounts. tomjoe (This one) and Mithost. Is it possible to fuse the accounts together (scores, Forum posts, etc while keeping join date + one of the names)?

PM an Admin (Aperson or Velocity) about that. I think it's possible to a degree, but you'll have to check with one of them.

They have the capability to do a lot of things doesn't mean they are going to. If they did it for one person then tons of other people that want a name change would make a new name and be asking for it. Hell I'd like a name change because I hate this one but it's just not in the cards unless I want to lose everything.
