@danceguy and clasko, my gf and I plan on staying at the Crowne again this year too so it'd be easy to meet up from there, start making them reservations guys!

I was just talking to her, were going to book this weekend. I also noticed that weekend passes were sold out, so ill have to buy day passes for the event.

that's probably a notice from last year's event. 2014 weekend passes shouldn't sell out until a few weeks(?) before the con.

Even if Radisson is "fully booked" I always end up with a room there for the past 3 years, lol. Backup reservations end up at Holiday Inn beside the TCC and Doubletree.

Still gotta sort out the deal with our hotel room.

Since people are already talking booking, I'm gonna put out there that the 4 of us will rent two rooms, and if anyone else is found to be in troublez and can't reserve anything, well you can just join. If I book the same hotel I did last year, there will only be 1 place available since it is quite far away and there are 5 seats in the car (like 5 minutes from the con but highways all the way)
French speaking tolerance is a valuable asset
Unless I pick an additional person on the road and thus make this not possible, I'd be happy to help out!

Not quite 100% for me but my chances of going are even higher now !!!

Thanks to danceguy, I might just get a ride with him in MI which will lower down my airplane ticket down by $200 which will help me a LOT. As soon as I get Christmas money, I'm buying the airplane ticket asap and my event ticket on January 2nd.

bump, as of now I currently have 2 room reservations at the international plaza (formerly the doubletree hotel) for the #kbo crew (kommi, xiao, lj, myself, etc.). we've got a tentative list of 14 people staying for both rooms atm, loool

Isaac is covering for his hotel room split and I'm covering for his Anime North weekend pass. He just needs to pay for his airplane ticket (he says he's got half of what he needs already). As soon as danceguy gets back to me, I'll be buying my airplane ticket tonight
