If people aren't giving you guys notice and not showing up during the event, then there really isn't much you or I can do. If people don't show on a team, you can post here that they were absent, and I'll just skip over them when giving out prizes. I hope this doesn't happen to too many teams...

Sign ups and final teams have been decided, I really don't want to try and throw people into solo or break up teams because of the failure of another player to communicate with you guys before the event started. That would be hectic and delay the event, which would be really obnoxious. I hope that the majority of people who signed up for teams will show up to prevent this annoyance for the members.

If your team was approved, and for some reason people don't show up, I'll just let it go because it is obviously not your fault that happened. Just tell me who is missing and I won't give them prizes.

Edit: Ah what the heck, I'll add you Raining Nails, since you are just playing solo. The sign up deadline was mainly for teams to get organized.
