Quick question. How do you guys train to improve your speed so much? That's what I need to work on most at the moment. I can hit around 250BPM but I'd like to do more.

you train to improve speed by playing speed files that feel challenging at whatever your current level. if you play stuff thats easy for you to AA/FC then you probably wont improve much, but also if you play stuff too hard so you can't read at all and end up mashing thats even worse. imo you should try mostly things you can high-b or low/mid A.
