Spike is only lame if you have to call on the animal. For example, if you named your poodle Spike and you were trying to call it then that would be amazingly lame. However, this is a snake. You don't have to call on snakes. Thus you can have a name such as Spike for the animal.
p.s. name your snake Snake Pliskin rofl
p.p.s if you ever have to name an animal that you call on then you should name it Inuyasha because they're always yelling his name in the show

My experience with Inuyasha was watching the third movie. I have never wanted to see anything else. The plotline blew so had, the characters were uninteresting, it made me unhappy.

Applies for Coral snakes or something.
First, it's "Red TOUCH black" not "and". Both the good and varieties have red, black, and yellow stripes, but which color is adjacent to which makes it easy to tell whether it's poisonous or not. And it applies for lots of snakes, but only in this hemisphere. There was this big snake thing at the museum and they were talking about it, and apparently in other parts of the world there are highly venomous snakes whose red and black stripes are adjacent, which is the opposite of almost all snakes in this part of the world.
As for the pet names, if I had a pet (especially one that I wouldn't have to call out), I would definitely give it a long and ridiculous name, like GANTHOR THE ALMIGHTY or Optimus Prime or something.
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(
In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

I actually have had two parakeets in my life. The first was apparently a failure to his race and died two days after I got him. My mom's dog killed him. The second lived much longer than she should have.
