DeadOps: What you got there is called a "skill token." By doing certain things in the game, you can get access to special songs. (Guest members can't get these...aren't you glad you signed up now?) There are over 100 of them to get, and you can check which ones you have and don't have--and how to get the ones you don't have!--by looking at Skill Tokens below the FFR The Game link.

(wow, Jake, it's the other way around for me...I don't think I have that one yet either!)
