Mach = a reference to the razor... but, I've never heard it referred to as that... I always say "Bic", as in the more well know CLASSIC razor. None of this Mach 17 with the 35 rotating blades and ball-hair trimmer add-on.

Basically, he says that Andy should shave his head completely bald.
