I don't understand what 3 is asking, and I don't feel like trying to clarify so whatever :/

I've gotten 1, I am 99% sure i got 2 (nice answer if I did) and I know I got 3 as well.

As I was trying to solve some of these in class, I found the apparent flaw with riddles.

They're too freakin' open-ended.

I expect to get mine wrong despite the fact that they are right. I still need more time on this though. For some reason, I've gone through about fifty known combinations of numerical values on #2 and none of them have worked. I know I should try to think simplistic and riddletastically, but I can't for some reason. Maybe it's because I'm so worked up about #1 and #3's wording.

EDIT: Misadded, I think i have 5.5/6.0 overall.

Squeek, I completely agree with you about the wording in the problems. #1 and #3 are both flawed. I couldn't get the needed clarification so I just made assumptions and accepted the 0.5 deduction when I assumed wrong.

I realized after talking it out what my mistake with the wording is.

Honestly, I understand why you couldn't post it the way you should have Reach, but there were so many better ways to word that problem. And #1 for that matter.

And of course, it's those two problems that I manage to solve first and not #2 which is apparently SO OMG EASY ROFL LOL.

Haven't gotten a clue on #2, but it seems doable.

Ok, understand something. #3 is worded awkwardly on purpose >_< It is a ****ing stupidly easy problem if I answer the same ****ing question you've all msged me with xD so chances are, go with your assumption on this one.

I am sorry. What can I say? Make them too easy and you all get them. As I see it, you can send ALL OF YOUR THOUGHTS IN ONE PM. Thus, if you are doubting yourself, why don't you just submit both and explain. I've accepted a couple answers like that already actually. If you're confused with the word 'ways' for example, which I understand can be ambiguous, submit both answers. However, the answer to 1 should be the same regardless.

Either way it's just for fun anyway. How many logic problems and riddles require you to atleast make some sort of assumption? Most of them. >_< In my attempt to try and make it as fair as possible, I was not as fair as possible with #1 and 3. I will attempt to be less ambiguous next week. But remember, everyone is graded the same way anyway.

And finally, all riddles were redone, modified, reworded so they could not be easily cheated on and resolved by me! It actually took awhile out of my time to do this you know...

And drummerlsu is winning at the moment actually.
