        If anything, she is a carry killer, Like akali, Has a ability to get up to the carry, And then has a ability to either massivly slow or stun the carry so it would be a easy kill

                                            I love me some Corki. I bought my Sword of the Occult when I had 13 kills - ALMOST had it fully stacked. They surrendered when I had 18 stacks =(.

                                            Also, the other team had a Corki that had 4 Doran's Blades at one point. I made it my point to (and followed through with) assert my dominance over him.

                                                    elo rankings are similar to ffr overall rankings; while there is generally some correlation between skill levels and high rankings neither one directly implies the other. If you watch streams of high ranked players you'll see a lot of players constantly doing a lot of very stupid things.
