Also question to any of the hosts..

Since this is elimination, do we go up against someone, then it's a heads up battle and whoever does better wins/tie both go on/tiebreaker, or is it everyone plays each other and the lowest scoring people are eliminated?

75 people enter, lowest 25 scores are eliminated

or

1v1 against people and winner goes on

Everyone in your division is playing for spots in the next round against everyone, there is no " X vs. Y" thing.

Everyone is against everyone. Everyone is fighting for a spot in the next round. Like Musical chairs, but without the faffing around.

It's being run like AJ's Halloween tournament, go check that thread if you want an idea. But his is Raw scoring (max combo not considered) while the official is going to be combo scoring.

You get eliminated because you are the worst in the division, not because you couldn't beat a certain individual on a song.

For those of you new to this, it's a gauntlet tournament. Everyone in your particular division is playing their own tournament (within the main hosted event, being the 6th Official Tournament), and everyone within the division is playing against each other, free for all. That's how a good majority of FFR's tournaments are run - you have the hosted event, sub-divided into divisions and all of those players play in their own tournament to determine the winner of that "group".

Just might be a good thing to clarify, even though a good majority of the players are familiar with how things are run.
