Fenderg: TGB stands for "the garbage bin". It's a secret forum very much like chit chat with more lax rules / more trivial subject matter than chit chat, so posts happen there more frequently. It used to be massively active and flooded with posts, hence why they never counted it. It went secret because the content got petty and vicious for its time and made the site look bad, but as of now hardly any drama happens. Currently you need to be added to it. I hope that answers your questions.
