            That is seriously f'd up. Does that mean I can sue my brother from when he was 5 and he made me crack my head open? Seriously, I wouldn't ever sue anyone for a damn accident, let alone blame a child for an old lady's incompetence or visibility to not see two children riding their bikes down the sidewalk.
