I Give Blanket Permission for my Music
I give blanket permission for my songs. Anyone who wants to step them can. Honestly, I don't know why ANY artist wouldn't want their music in FFR...
Anyway, I'm to lazy to make a myspace, so here's the site with all my music: MY MUSIC PAGE There are a few songs I feel would make better simfiles than the others: The Nintendo Concerto (Part 1)<-All of the them are good, i just put this part down because it's the shortest one. Banjo Kazooie: Opening Theme Piano Etude (Angel Fire)<-VERY ORIGINAL NAME Sonic 3: Angel Island Remix They're all good in my opinion, but those are the one's that i feel would make the best simfiles |

Re: I Give Blanket Permission for my Music
I might try the Angel Fire Etude. Though it would make for some ugly fast trills. Also might try the MARIO concerto. (Though technically it's not a concerto - there's no orchestra.
Can you post bpms? I feel like your music is really missing something. The balance doesn't seem right between treble/bass, and there's no articulation whatsoever. It could really use some refining. As of right now, the music is just boring midi playback. Last edited by Xandertrax; 12-29-2008 at 11:01 AM.. |

EDIT: Never mind I just found out. He did that "The Games We Played" thing. I didn't copy him. I didn't even know about it when i made that. I just wanted some listens on Newgrounds. Everyone gives it so much more credit than it really deserves, though. It's nothing spectacular. Last edited by darph fluffy; 12-30-2008 at 09:35 AM.. |

Re: I Give Blanket Permission for my Music
Dude that stuff is excellent! I may step one of them for the next batch, depending on my time and energy, I've been extremely ill and sore for the past month and I'm still sick in bed.

Re: I Give Blanket Permission for my Music
Well if the Concerto is constant and so are the others then I will def. try to step some of them because I thought they had dynamic BPMs since they are piano pieces
Btw can you upload high quality versions of the 1st and 2nd part somewhere, they seem quite low-q to me. Last edited by Coolboyrulez0; 01-1-2009 at 12:19 PM.. |

Nintendo Concerto has some 24th trills for 4 measures at 150BPM

Re: I Give Blanket Permission for my Music
I'm almost done with Banjo Kazooie. I had this weird problem where at around measure 5 it turned into yellow note syndrome, but i fixed that
