Cardflipping would make it easier. I think it would keep us on our toes and have to be more cunning without cardflipping.

Cardflipping is a lot more fun and rewarding. If you build a case against a wolf (speaking as a human), you fight for their conviction, people finally believe you, kill the person, and they're cardflipped red it's a lot more rewarding to the person that put all the effort into it. Also, it helps to prove their own humanity.
The inverse is also true. If you fight so hard, build a case, and get a person lynched and their cardflipped blue/green you know you need to work harder next time. Or, people will think you're a wolf. Perhaps you are...

wow. cardflipping in this game is just retarded. there are too special roles and not enough red millers to make cardflipping interesting, it'll just make it easy and a guaranteed human vic.

I'm seeing a lot of good reasons as to not have cardflipping. Looking through, I realized an option that u84 offered his last game.

Would you guys like to have a percent (such as 50%, 25%, etc) of a chance that they are cardflipped?

If so, after that is decided, we can vote on the likelihood.

Hm, an idea for card flips. Don't flip whoever got lynched, but flip night victims. Human side won't learn so easily if their deductions were right, but wolf can learn about who they got at night.

I disagree. In my opinion card flipping helps nobody but the humans, or at least hurts the wolves far more than it helps them. And Life's idea seems like a fairly good way to balance it. Its not like only the wolves get to see it, its public, it just only happens on night phase. This way nobody gets "cleared" due to a card flip, because the wolfing (Spell check didn't underline "wolfing", does that mean its an actual word? (?._.) ) phase is private. I'd say thats a lot more fair than the normal method of card flipping...

But you can disregard this seeing as I'm still new and may be missing something =P

No. It helps the wolves, too. If a human tries really hard to convict someone they believe is a wolf and the person isn't, getting flipped blue/green it makes the original human look like a wolf.

life's idea is stupid. if you're going to use cardflipping in this game, help the humans (the humans are already at a disadvantage due to the low number of humans compared to wolves as there should always be a 4:1 ratio human:wolf). with the night flipping, wolves know exactly who's left and who they have to worry about i.e. seer/guardian. If it' s like "oh look lucky blue killing n1" then wolves already win.

This example, you've already given, is a human mistake; the wolves can't make a human screw up, so this is entirely useless to them. The humans however can use it directly...

With Litodude's response, I can't really argue, but thats stands weather we have half flip or full flip, so I still say no flip...
